| Lutheran Outdoor Ministries, which includes Camp Luther, LOMO Outreach, Camp Mowana, and Lutheran Memorial Camp, offers camperships for summer camp and retreat programs.
Camperships are available for youth, adults,
and families. Thanks to the support of generous
donors, no one is ever turned away because of inability
to pay.
In 2009 we offer a special "Faith Formation
Stimulus Package" for children with unemployed
parents. This special extension of the campership
fund provides assistance to children whose parents have
lost their jobs due to layoffs or job reductions. It is
hoped that the family and home congregation can assist
with the camp fee, but it is not required. The Unemployed
Faith Formation Stimulus is limited to families who are
affiliated with ELCA congregations in Ohio. In order to
help as many families as possible, each camper is eligible
for only one LOMO stimulus or campership per year.

someone who does, please contact the pastor of your congregation
to see if funds are available. Then contact the LOMO office
at 614-890-2267 and request campership information and
forms.
